Playing Blind

The only player who can touch the bomb. What you see, what you hear, and how to work by position instead of colour.

Updated October 11, 2026

Checked with game version 1.1.0

The blind monkey is the one with their hands on the bomb. The game shows you the bomb as white outlines and dot clusters on black: no colours, no screens, no lights. Everything you do comes from what your teammates tell you.

What you can do

  • Touch, press, cut, flip, slide and type on the bomb. Nobody else can.
  • Hear the deaf player's voice. Voice chat is on for you.
  • Talk. The mute player hears you; the deaf player does not.
  • Read Braille clusters: hover over the dots and the game prints the number. You do not need to know Braille, and real Braille charts will mislead you because the clusters are stylised.

What you cannot do

  • See colours, text, lights or the timer.
  • Read the manual.

How to work

Think in positions, not colours. "Cut number three", "switch two down", "the top button" are instructions you can act on; "the red one" is not. If a teammate sends you a colour, ask for the position.

Before any irreversible action, say what you are about to do and wait for a "yes": "cutting number three". The mute player hears you and can stop the deaf player from confirming. After the action, say "done".

Working with the others

The deaf player is your eyes and the only voice you hear. They cannot hear you at all, so a question from you has to travel via the mute player's hands back to them. Keep a steady rhythm: they announce, you act, you report, they confirm with the next instruction.
