All rule tables

Every reconstructed table on one page, for a quick look during a Custom-mode practice run or to print.

Tables as seen in players' manual screenshots (game version 1.0.1), not yet checked by the wiki team. Parts of the manual are randomised per session; the manual in the mute player's hands always wins.

True means UP, false means DOWN, then ENTER once. The manual holds exactly these three tables and gives no rule for a 5 under the 5-tests or a digit equal to red's.
